The 3rd workshop on HCI and Services will be running on the 5th July 2011, prior to HCI 2011, at Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.

In Köln we will meet a group of 60 people at KISD and enjoy of a weekend full of Service Design!
You are warmly invited to hand in papers to the Annual Meeting of the Art & Science of Service held at IBM Research - Almaden in San Jose, California from June 8 to 10, 2011. Submission deadline has been extended to February 28 for refereed research papers and to March 30 for non-refereed research abstracts and proposals for workshops, symposia etc.
Service Design Network is hosting Global Service Jam, an international Service Design event, which is happening concurrently worldwide for 48 hours in 43 cities spread across all the continents. It will be co-hosted by Köln International School of Design and take place at the University Campus.
