Touchpoint 2010 Call for Contributions

Extended deadline: Contribute to Touchpoint 5 until June 11, 2010!

One year, three Touchpoints –  from now on you are welcome to upload your contributions for all three issues of Touchpoint in 2010. Find the introduction and the blank form for every issue of this year below.

Touchpoint 5 „Business Impact of Service Design“

The second issue of Touchpoint in 2010 will focus on Service Design and its impact on business. What is the economic relevance of Service Design? Can we talk about the return of investment and what are the measures? In this respect not only the financial side is important but social and structural changes as well. To what extent does Service Design change the business world? A big interest is the evaluation and measurability of these quantitative and qualitative aspects from an academic and a practical perspective. We would like to give a platform to service designers, clients and customers in order to reflect the business impact of Service Design.

Deadline for contributions: 11th of June, 2010.

More info will be sent out by the middle of May. The Business Impact issue will be released by end of August 2010.


Touchpoint 6 „Connecting the dots - SDN Conference 2010“

Based on the third international Service Design Conference this issue of Touchpoint will reflect the conference’s discussions, presentations and workshops.

Deadline for contributions: 24th of September 2010.

More info will be sent out by the beginning of September. The SDN Conference 2010 issue will be released in the end of December 2010.
