Welcome to the Service Design Network Boston Conference 2010.
We are pleased to announce a special one-day conference in Boston U.SA. on October 29th, hosted by Microsoft. The conference day will be take place in the Microsoft building. Boston is a fast-paced, beautiful and exciting city, that will provide a perfect location for this conference.
The 4th international Service Design Conference is directed at service companies, institutions, public service, universities and Service Design agencies around the world. The aim of this conference is to show how Service Design improves and innovates service in all areas. This day
will demonstrate how the use of design can make a difference, regarding process, outcome and culture. The conference will provide an opportunity to see some of the world‘s most successful service designers, bring insights from clients of different backgrounds, and learn about exciting and successful Service Design case studies.
Don’t miss this chance to socialise, gain knowledge and exchange experiences with Service Designers, clients and service-oriented companies worldwide! This will be a small, one-day conference with an expected audience of about 150 people, so book your ticket now to ensure a seat!

Service Design Conference 2009
The second conference of the international Service Design Network took place on the beautiful island Madeira, Portugal, from 26th to 27th of October 2009.
