Senior Lecturer at Savonia School of Design
I have been working on the design of online services since 1995. I am currently working as a senior lecturer in Savonia School of Design. My teaching areas are design thinking, service design, design & brand management, art & design history. Besides teaching, teaching, I design services and customer experiences for different sectors.
I am interested in human-centered design, which means the ability to understand and identify the context of people’s actions, their emotions and motivations toward services or products. My mission is to put empathy at the center of everything I do – this creates well-being.
