For this Morning Meetup, we have teamed up with the Dutch network of the Customer CXPA. The purpose of the meeting is to bring both communities closer to each other.

For this Morning Meetup, we have teamed up with the Dutch network of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (http://www.cxpa.org) (CXPA). The purpose of the meeting is to bring both communities closer to each other.

Following a breakfast, attendees will learn more about both the CXPA (and CX in general), as well as the SDN (and service design). We'll then hear an in-depth case study on a service design project carried out by Delft-based service design agency Muzus, which will be followed by an activity in groups.

The morning will be rounded off by networking, and the opportunity for service designers to mix and mingle with members of the CX community.
