Service and experience designer
Creative, designer, ux researcher, service designer, researcher, academic manager, professor and evaluator of the Jabuti award (Creative Economy category) with more than 15 years of experience working in the market with a background in user experience (ux), service design, ergonomics, usability, information architecture, digital communication, agile methods, interaction design and creative economy. I work as lead designer on the Teixeira family's virtual museum. I used to work at Globo as a UX Researcher and INT as accessibility and usability researcher. At ESPM, I was responsible for the main academic innovations (creation of the professional master's degree in Creative Economy Management with a line of research in design, book collection "Context & Research", coordinated the CPA, modeling the structure of research laboratories, creation and supervision of the Design & Digital Experience Observatory, Creation of the Crio Think Tank, leadership of the Agenda 2030 project together with Fiocruz and follow-up of the term of commitment of the IES Communication & Marketing course with Inep). At Faculdade Senac-Rio, I designed and implemented the undergraduate technology course in Graphic Design. I also implemented service design solutions in the built environment and distance learning at ESPM Rio. I designed and organized a team to implement the first generation of e-gov in state government sites from 2000 to 2002. As director and academic coordinator, I always had a drive to management guided by Marketing, Design Thinking and Services, forming genuine differentials and winning teams. The research themes that guide my entire career as a researcher include Creative Economy and Design; User experience; Interaction Design and Services. Member of the Interaction Design Foundation and Service Design Network associations.
