Join our SF Global Service Jam on March 20 and 21 to tackle a service design challenge with fellow jammers. Explore and expand on ideas and make new friends at SF Jam 2020. Come design a service in less than 48 hours. You will learn things you didn't know but more importantly, you'll have fun too. Designers and non-designers are welcome.

Day 1-Timing and food

  • Doors open at 3 PM on Friday, March 20
  • Light snacks will be served.


Day 1-Program

  • Welcome with details about the jam challenge
  • Service design defined
  • Opportunity brainstorm
  • Teams
  • Research
  • It's a wrap at 6 PM


Day 2-Timing and food

  • Doors open on Saturday at 9 AM, March 21
  • Coffee and bagels for breakfast and lunch will be served
