Prototyping plays a vital role in the service design process, allowing designers to test and refine their ideas before finalising a service or a product and service experience. Discover the many different approaches, including physical and digital methods, to effectively decide what and how to prototype. Learn from case studies, and gain hands-on experience in a real-world scenario.​
