This year, the theme will be "Do Good, Give Back," highlighting how service design can contribute to a better society and world.
We will have the honor of hosting Glenda Moreira, leader of diversity, equity, and inclusion in retail at Amazon Latin America, as the keynote speaker. She will share her vision on diversity, equity, and inclusion, motivating us to reflect on the role of design in transforming the world we live in.
After the lecture, we will have a discussion involving the lecture's theme, as well as addressing Brazilian culture and service design. We will have the participation of Glenda Moreira, Carol Massa, Clarissa Biolchini, Érico Fileno, Maurício Manhaes, and Robson Santos.

Our speakers:
Glenda Moreira, mother of Enricão
Psychologist graduated from FMU (2007), with specializations in Coaching (2011), Diversity Management (2019), ESG at IBGC (2021), and a postgraduate degree in Human Rights, Social Responsibility, and Global Citizenship at PUCRS (2022). She has worked in Human Resources for 20 years, mainly in the pharmaceutical industry and more recently in the technology and retail sector. She was an Ambassador for Diversity and Inclusion at Novartis, acquiring a comprehensive local, regional, and global perspective. Currently, she leads the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion area at Amazon for Brazil and Mexico. Additionally, she supports ABMLBTIs, an association that assists women in vulnerability, and is the founder of Ikigai Consultoria em Pessoas, where she acts as a speaker to raise awareness among leaders about inclusive and humanized approaches in organizations. Passionate about people and their life stories, her motivation and career focus are inclusion and diversity. She believes in the value of human capital and acts as a bridge to transform processes into meaningful things. Among her recent activities, she is an associate member of the Brazilian Association of LBTI Women, co-responsible for creating support actions for women in vulnerable situations. She also co-leads the Diversity and Inclusion group in the Projeto Jovens do Brasil, inspiring and guiding young talents. In 2019, she was a finalist for the Out & Equal Excellence Award for her work at Novartis. She is also a co-author of a chapter on Unconscious Bias in a book on diversity and inclusion practices.
