I have worked as Lead Service Designer & Delivery Lead, Trainer in Service Design and Facilitation, Product Owner, Reseacher as well as trainer, coach and lecturer in service design. I have Masters in Service Design & Innovation, Master's in Food Economics and Master's in pedagogics.
