¿Por dónde iniciamos? Esa es la pregunta clave. El diseño de servicios es una disciplina llena de información muy valiosa que puede llegar a ser abrumadora. Sin embargo, como todo en la vida, siempre existe un punto de partida.

Durante la sesión realizaremos una dinámica para entender la metodología más usada en diseño de servicios. Con esto, sabremos por dónde iniciar y entender los pies y cabeza de nuestros proyectos. Además, recorreremos los pasos de la misma metodología aplicados a un caso real, donde Libertad nos ayudará a descubrir la magia del diseño de servicios actuando en una ONG.

Service design is a discipline full of valuable information that can be overwhelming. However, like everything in life, there is always a starting point.

During the session we will perform a dynamic to understand the most used methodology in service design. With this, we will know where to start and understand the head and feet of our projects. In addition, we will go through the steps of the same methodology applied to a real case, where Libertad will help us discover the magic of service design acting in an NGO.
