SDN Shanghai Chapter helps initiate the Service Design Forum during the 2019 Shanghai Design Week on August 30. 

This is the first time for Shanghai Design Week to show Service Design Forum since its establishment in 2012. They promote the concept and value of service design while expanding the influence of service design at more professional level.

They joined the forum and shared with us the future of service design, and the areas that it can be applied. Service design helps innovation, improve business operations, and empowers organizations. 

2019 Shanghai Design Week was held at the Shanghai Exhibition Center, they successfully launched a number of pioneer forums on the theme of service design, designing design, and speculative design.
