We had a great time meeting everyone in person to celebrate the Service Design Day and a sharing session on "Building partnership through Service Design" by Leslie Fountain and Ryan Han. Great learning points on how to enable internal and external partnerships through the tips and tools. Leslie mentioned four pointers in building partnership through service design: 1) Facilitate a better conversation, 2) Embrace other disciplines, 3) Engage beyond the usual suspects and talk to wide stakeholders, and 4) Collaborating towards a common goal. . Ryan Han shared about partnering across different organisations and setting ecosystem for successful collaboration. Both shared simple and useful pointers to help fellow service designers to apply back in their existing work. Stay tuned for more events and updates.
