I view service design as valuable tool for expanding equity for humans and the natural world. 

I'm relatively new to the formal field of service design. I have related experience in the fields of sustainable agriculture, public health, marketing, and IT project and change management. 

My favorite SDN event so far has been the pre-conference tour of agencies and organizations in Toronto in 2019.
