As founder and CEO of culturlab, a technology, experience, and innovation consultancy, Lisa focuses on improving technology’s impact on people's lives by helping technologists, designers, and business leaders work together to solve problems and improve outcomes for those they serve.
Lisa works with clients to ensure their objectives are met and that change and innovation are sustainable. She has taught graduate-level coursework at the University of St. Thomas and the University of Minnesota, and she is currently a master’s student in Biomimicry at Arizona State University, focusing on how we can improve human design by learning from nature.

We are interested in using practical approaches to solving significant challenges. We help organizations begin to think about their customers and constituents first and evolve their organizations to meet service challenges.
