I am thrilled to join the Service Design Network community. With over 20 years of experience in design and research, and a decade in creative leadership and management roles, I have had the privilege of working across various industries, including healthcare IT, eCommerce, and fintech. My career has been dedicated to driving the adoption of user-centered design principles and integrating product-led growth strategies.
My journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation. I have successfully led cross-functional teams to create transformative, user-centric designs that not only address customer pain points but also drive significant business outcomes. At ConstructConnect, I was pivotal in scaling the UX organization, establishing a robust User-Centered Design strategy, and integrating Product-Led Growth frameworks across a suite of products.
My approach to service design is deeply rooted in understanding and empathizing with users, leveraging data-driven insights to inform design decisions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. As a leader, I am committed to building empowered, high-performing teams through a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.
