I am a strategic and systematic UX designer who thrives on delivering human-centred end-to-end product and service experiences that make a meaningful impact for both the business and the customer. I am passionate about bringing clarity to chaos through focused questioning, relationship building, and visualisation, as well as driving action through co-creation, continuous communication, and collaboration.

Before transitioning to tech, I spent years in design consultancies in Dublin, London, and Sydney, where I partnered with diverse clients, ranging from start-ups to global organisations in Education, Government, Energy, Life Sciences, and Publishing. I led projects that delivered customer and business impact, working with clients such as NUI Galway, the University of Southampton, Bord Bia, IDA Ireland, Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, and Penguin Books.

Currently, I am a design lead with the responsibility for overseeing the digital transformation of a customer sales experience from discovery to launch. Additionally, I am exploring strategies for scaling this digital service to other business units.
