Hi there. I deliver big transformational projects, usually working as a product owner, delivery manager or business analyst. I am now an accredited as service design practitioner too, because all the projects I have worked on for the last 20 years have, at their core, been about service design.

* Delivered multiple digital products in government since 2002. This includes delivering multiple Brexit-related government products for DEFRA (MMO) as delivery manager and product owner coach from discovery to beta. 

* Board director with revenue responsibility managing delivery of £XM products. 

* Floated first dedicated multimedia firm on AIM and NASDAQ.
