I’m Russell Morgan, an experienced and award winning product and service designer from the UK. Over the last 17 years, I have worked in South East Asia, the UK, and Sweden.

I am a hands-on leader and design-expert, with a strong will and ability to lead teams and individuals to deliver high-quality design solutions, sometimes against the odds, consistently. Throughout my career, I have been working alongside C-Suite leaders, aligning executive vision to customer insight, and removing obstacles so that my team can focus on the design work.

The natural evolution of my design journey has been in Service Design leadership. With my team, we apply Service Design methods and principles to the consumer electronics industry, by mapping and deciphering complex customer and business problems into meaningful hardware and software solutions for the home alarms industry.
