Lately, the “Service Design for Beijing Human Resources Service Center” project and the “Health Examination Service System for Employees” project led by SDN - Beijing respectively won 2018 Beijing Design Week Service Design Award Nomination and 2018 Red Star Design Award – Original Solution Service Design Award.

近日，美木学院健康服务创新设计研究所的“北京市人才档案管理服务中心的服务设计顶目”和“从业人员移动体检服务创新设计项目”分获2018年北京国际设计周服务设计提名奖和红星原创服务设计奖。

• Beijing Design Week

“Beijing Design Week” is currently the only national-level design event. In addition to the existed Classic Design Award, this year’s Beijing Design Week Awards has newly added “Traditional Handicraft Design Award” and “Service Design Award”. There were 2 winners for Service Design Awards and 8 for Service Design Award Nominations. 

“北京国际设计周”是目前唯一的国家级设计活动，本届设计周奖项在历年经典设计奖的基础上，新增设了“传统工艺设计奖”和“服务设计奖”两个专顶奖。本次奖项共评选出2个服务设计奖、8个服务设计提名奖。

The “Service Design for Beijing Human Resources Service Center” project carried out the future service blueprint based on re-examining the business activities of the service center and optimizing the process of handling the business. It broke the space limitation of the service hall, extended the service value of the service center to the pre-service and post-service, and focused the business efficiency, optimized the service spaces, service charts and service guide, and improved the service efficiency and experience both for the staff and the users.

“北京市人才档案管理服务中心的服务设计项目”通过对档案中心业务活动的重新审视，在对用户办理业务的流程进行优化的基础上，进行了未来服务蓝图的搭建。在思路上突破了服务大厅的空间局限，将档案中心的服务价值延伸至服务前与服务后，在关注业务效率同时，对服务空间、服务表单口服务指南等进行了优化设计，提升了存档人员及工作人员双方面的服务效率及服务休验。

• Red Star Design Award – Original Solution Service Design Award

Red Star Design Award – Original Solution aims to promote the original design focusing on the common issues of social, economic, technological and design development, it collects original product design and original service design from whole world, selects "China's good design." with professional standard and good social value. This year, the Red Star Design Award – Original Solution was the first time to organize a Service Design Award focusing on social development issues and the value balance and sustainable development of the modern service ecosystem. It was recognized by most design experts.

红星原创奖旨在弘扬非抄袭模仿的、具有自主知识产权的首创精神，聚焦社会、经济、科技以及设计发展的共性间题，面向全球征集原创产品设计和原创服务设计，评选具备专业水准及社会推广价值的“中国好方案”。今年红星原创奖首次组织服务设计方案的评选，关注社会发展问题和现代服务生态系统的价值平衡与可持续发展，也获得业界专家的一致认可。

The “Health Examination Service System for Employees” project completed the design of mobile medical examination services for practitioners through the application of typical service design tools like user journey maps, ecosystem maps, stakeholders maps. It constructed service scenarios, service processes and service system, tested prototype from multiple perspectives. It solved the problems of practitioners in the existing health examination services, improved the efficiency and convenience of service, systematically builds a health examination management platform, ensured the traceability of health certificate information, realized digital management, and made the service more scientific.

“从业人员移动体检服务创新设计顶目”通过对于用户旅程图、生态系统图、利益相关者等服务设计典型工具的应用，从多个角度进行服务情景、服务流程、服务系统的搭建以及原型测试，完成了从业人员移动体检服务设计与创新。解决了从业者在现有体检服务中的问题，提高了服务效率与便捷性；系统性地搭建了体检管理平台，保证了健康证信息可追溯、实现电子化管理，提高了服务科学性。
