​The Flourishing Foundation + the Creative Service Club invite you to a unique 3-session gathering to co-design your ideal retreat rooted in a mindset that uplifts the local people and local environments. Let’s explore collective stewardship of Mother Nature while we travel!

​We invite you to co-design two real upcoming Innovator’s Retreats: 1. in Ecuadorian Amazon (November) and 2. in Pai, Thailand (December), to anchor our explorations. You are also welcomed to bring past experiences or future trips as case studies.

​In these sessions, we will explore creative frameworks & methods that can be applied to common possibilities and challenges in these contexts. By the end of the 3 weeks, we hope that you will walk away with practical tools and new insights to help co-create meaningful experiences in/ and for these diverse communities, while you are on your next trip. At least know how to find ones that are most value-aligned with your purpose. ????

​Daniela is a Strategic Designer and Researcher, former IDEO’er and Harvard MDE alum, and founder of Asombro and the Creative Service Club.

​Her mission-driven work focuses on blending creativity, community, and sustainability to address complex systemic challenges. With a background in design engineering and social impact, she leads projects that bring together changemakers to collaboratively design solutions for environmental and social issues. Daniela believes in the power of decentralized design and community-based innovation as pathways to equity, regeneration, and justice.

​Mingzhu He 赫明珠

​???? Innovation Strategist designing flourishing futures

​Ming is an interdisciplinary innovator inspired by living systems. She was formerly a Lead Innovation Strategist and Design Researcher at Cooper/ Designit and Samsung Innovation & Design Center. A Harvard GSE and UChicago alum, her formal education focused on Biology (neuroscience), Economics, Human Computer Interaction, and Education. She believes that future economic systems ought to resemble living systems, and that Technology and Capital should support Human and Planetary flourishing, not to extract vitality from living beings. Driven by this mission, she co-founded the Flourishing Foundation - an independent innovation collective that supports People, Products, and Places that are building a life-sustaining economy.
