A Growing Network of Passionate Volunteers

SDN is a strong, international network thanks to our amazing chapters. Since 2008 we have grown from 1 to 28 national chapters in 22 countries across 4 continents! These chapters are run by teams of passionate volunteers from the service design industry and academia. They support their local service design community to grow, flourish and contribute to the global discourse. This year we would like to especially thank the SDN Spain Chapter team for their amazing contribution, collaborating with SDN Global to host the 10th Anniversary Conference in Madrid.

Recognising Global Impact

The SDN Chapters are not only hosting events, but are also recognised as leaders in local and national service design initiatives. We are very happy to initiate an annual SDN Chapter Award Ceremony at the Global Conference to commend, celebrate and share their great work.
