Hello! We are Service Design Indonesia (SDID).

We are a group of design enthusiasts and practitioners with a mission to raise awareness of service design in Indonesia. 

With Service Design Indonesia, we hope to embark on this journey to bring new design conversations to the community to elevate the awareness and include new practices in the local context especially with individuals who are in the position to make decisions in bigger organizations to influence change.

Service Design Indonesia is organised with love by the people behind Somia Customer Experience and extended network of passionate volunteers.
