Service Design Strategies and Innovations (SDSI) is an international joint master’s programme with a focus on interdisciplinary studies and cross-specialisation in the 4 basic knowledge domains of service design, i.e., design, business, tech and social sciences. SDSI is designed and implemented jointly by four Nordic universities – the Art Academy of Latvia, the University of Lapland in Finland, the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, and the Estonian Art Academy.

In 2022 SDSI obtained the status of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s programme.
